Colleague,
Following
a number of queries from branches regarding the Duty Payback process for
Manpower employees please find attached the current process.
There
have been a few anomalies whereby different sites were interpreting the
use of duty payback, slightly differently, such as the 4 times a year
was being allocated at 1 per quarter in some sites and not in others.
The actual guide does state that it is not expected that staff should
take more than one Duty Payback per quarter but Manpower expect their
teams and BT management to review each case on its merit accordingly.
The
process has now been sent out to all Manpower Regional Managers for
distribution across their teams so they have a clear process for each
site to follow.
